German Boxer Burgled: Ma Miaow Boarding House....

Thief Burgles German’s Room

A foreigner staying in Ma-Miaow House located on Sukhumvit Road – near the Redemptorist Center called in to Pattaya Police to inform that his room had been burgled. This occurred on 15th March.

Mr. Maximilian Ruske, aged 23, from Germany said that he rented this room to stay while he practices Thai Boxing here. On that day he locked the door as usual before going out and returned to find it unlocked. When he entered he found the room in a mess. There were no signs of a break in at the door. He thinks that the thief must have used a spare key or skeleton key. The things stolen from his room were; 4,000 Baht, ATM and credit cards, his watch and passport.

The police think that the thief must be someone who stays nearby but according to Thai law; no searches can be made. More investigation to find some evidence must be made first. Proceedings are at the moment being made.
