Is anybody actually thinking at the top.

First chemicals now tractors.

Take about only knowing Buffalo's.

Forget the tractors, what about that 2nd hand Ferrari you were going to import? LOL. 

Hopefully they will deep a bit deeper in the HS code and exclude tractors. Or they have an inspection requirement on landing to keep the junkers out and the cowboys under control. There is a lot of junk on the market.

I'm just saying small farmers looking to progress from an iron buffalo are having choices taken away from them. 

Funny thing is that most imported used farm machinery equipment is better than most thai made stuff.
Apart from that some newer technology not available from domestic manufacturers
