Mystery surrounds Karaoke Bar employee who is badly beaten near his apartment.

Police Lieutenant Aniwat from Pattaya Police Station along with rescue workers were called to an apartment complex off Soi Bongkot, South Pattaya just before dawn on Monday Morning after receiving word of a badly beaten man at the location. Police and rescue workers arrived and found Khun Anushart aged 25, a staff member at the Jupiter Karaoke Bar.

He had sustained multiple head injuries and appeared to have been assaulted in a nearby construction site. He was immediately rushed to the Pattaya Memorial Hospital where he is now recovering from a fractured skull and other head injuries. Police inspected the construction site and found blood stains. Inside the man’s room further blood stains were found but no evidence of fighting were found inside the room.

Khun Jagapong is the roommate of the victim and alerted Police when he arrived back to the room after finishing work. The attack is a mystery and Police have few clues as to why Khun Anushart was so badly beaten. An empty bottle of whisky near the body of the victim may have some bearing on the case but this is only circumstantial evidence at this time.

Police are waiting to question the victim who remains in a semi conscious state in Hospital.

No, the empty whiskey bottle was thrown out from the apartment complex and landed on his head. He was hurt badly on the head, and as he stumbled to his room to seek his room mate's help, to find that his mate is not in. (thus the blood in the room, but no signs of fighting.) He then stumbled out again to seek help or to rush to hospital himself. However, upon reaching the nearby construction site, he was unable to proceed further due to the gravity of his head injuries. (thus, the blood stain at the construction site). He then returned to his apartment complex, and collapsed just outside the place where he was earlier hit by the empty whiskey bottle.
