Market Gamblers arrested by Police

It was reported to the Pattaya Police that a group of gamblers were betting on animal pictures in Thepprasit weekend local market on 18th March at 9.30 pm.

On arrival, police found a lot of gamblers surrounding a mat behind a clothes stall at the market. It seemed like the gamblers didn’t care about who saw them or not?

The police made a quick arrest of four people, 3 men and a woman aged from 21 to 39 years old, with the evidence of an animal sheet and some gambling tickets.

All were taken to the Dongtan Sub-Station where they confessed to gambling. They stated that they often played to kill time. They were all charged and will face a small fine for their troubles.
