Current Visa Conversion (SETV to O) Process at CW

Greetings, I am looking for details of the current process for converting a SETV to a Type O at CW.

 

This would include current document requirements and the waiting time to complete the process (do they retain your passport, if so for how long?)

 

Any assistance or guidance is appreciated!

OP,....you need to state non-o based on what. Retirement, marriage, etc.

They do not keep your passport. After completing the application you have to return in about 2 weeks to have the visa stamp and the 90 day entry stamped in your passport.
