But they see it most nights in their favourite TV viewing.....the Thai soap opera!

Not wrong.... But those with the money will retain their grip. The only way to level the playing field is 1. Increase the minimum wage, and 2. Provide better education to all. Small but necessary steps that the unlikely to occur anytime soon

The theory was the trickle down economy was supposed to trickle down to the poor not poor out to tax havens and offshore property markets ????

That is right !

Scientists should replace politicians . Politicians are controlled by big companies and the financial markets , that leads finally to destruction , Scientists know better than them what needs to be done now .

Believe we can agree on that the focus itself is good, BUT and unfortunately there is often a small, but significant difference between theory and practice in general and for Thailand in particular backed by its history especially in cases where money talks ...
