Teenager Shot on Chaiyapruek Road

Two teenagers were driving their motorbikes home on 22nd March at approximately 2 am. When they reached the area of Chaiyapruek Road; another group of gun toting teenagers approached them on three motorbikes and started firing at them.

After being informed, the Dongtan police quickly rushed to the scene with Sawang Rescuers to take them to the hospital.

The seriously injured boy; Narintorn, aged 16, was shot in his upper right arm. After the doctors x-rayed him, they found that he had over 10 holes inside because of this shot exploding inside the arm and crushed the bones.

From questioning it was found that Narintorn and his friend Tom went to drink at a Karaoke bar in Soi Thepprasit. Later they headed to their home in Soi Wat Boon Kanjanaram Temple on separate motorbikes. On their way a group of teenagers on three motorbikes approached Narintorn’s bike and then the passenger pulled out a gun to shoot at Narintorn once before they all fled.

The police are at the moment searching for this group of teenagers and in the meantime are trying to get more information from the injured boy. This shooting might be because of revenge.

Considering the wound, would I be right in thinking that they used a hollow point bullet?

Chaiyapruek Road is *NOT* on the way from Thepprasit to Soi Wat Boon...

Why don't they make a law that it is illegal for anyone under 18 to be out after midnight. Anyone caught gets chucked in the slammer and has to be bought out by a parent the following day.

Sh1t Pattaya's crime rate would half at least.
