Hi guys,

My friend (german) he is married to a thai lady since many years now. His marriage was done in Singapore for about 13 years ago. He is now intending to go to Savannaketh to buy himself a Non Immigrant "O" multiple based on marriage.

He have been to our amphur here in Chaiyaphum and registered this marriage, so he is in fact only having a marry-license from Singapore, took it to translation and thereafter to foreign affairs in Bangkok and thereafter to amphur here....

He is now worried that maybe the embassy (thai) in Savannaketh shall act and refuse for some strange reason.

What do you guys think, is he worrying for no reason??? You think he will be OK???

Thanks for your input guys,,

They will accept a any marriage certificate if it is English or translated to Thai.

If he registered his foreign marriage at a Amphoe he also has Kor Ror 22 that he could show along with his marriage certificate from Singapore.
