Hi Everyone, not sure if I have the right forum

 I have a friend, who's sister in Law has walked out & left them to look after her son, who is retarded & Autistic.

 They have tried their best to cope, but it's getting to the stage where they dare not sleep, he needs specialist care, 24 hrs

  My question is, does anyone know of a home he could be put into, which will provide specialist care.

  They live in Khorat, but I'm sure they would be prepared to travel for the right place
