Frenchman in Road Accident

A young Frenchman was speeding on his motorbike and hit a Thai woman on a motorbike, which caused a nasty accident.

At 9 pm on 25th March the Dongtan police were informed that a motorbike accident occurred at Thepprasit Soi 8 and 2 people were injured so quickly rushed to the scene.

At the scene the team found a Honda Wave. The 2 injured women; Miss Parichart, aged 28, and Miss Metta, aged 24, had been taken to the hospital by Sawang Rescuers earlier.

Witnesses told the police that a foreigner on a motorbike hit these women and fled the scene – leaving his friend behind at the scene. The police requested this friend to go to the station for questioning.

Mr. Nebil, from France, told the police that his friend who caused the accident is Mr. Jacques Frambow, aged 19, also a French national. Mr. Nebil told the police that his friend didn’t flee – he just went to see the doctor and will probably come to the station within an hour. Mr. Jacques also told him that it was entirely his fault and will pay for all the damages and medical costs.

Later Mr. Jacques did indeed turn up at the police station like his friend said and gave his statement to the police. When the women came back they made an agreement and everyone was satisfied.
