Maybe you someone can help me, I'm really lost, I've looked all over the internet.

 

I am currently on 500mg of testosterone ethenate per week. I read that I should take HCG during the cycle so I started on the fifth week.

 

Here's what I don't understand: it says 5000iu (equivalent to 5ml) on the bottle. I add 1ml of bacteriostatic water. 

 

It now seems like I only have 2.5ml of liquid after mixing, so that's the equivalent of 2.5ml. How do I measure this!? 

 

Can someone please treat my like an idiot and make this simple for me. How much do I withdraw into the syringe and how often do I use it?
