I did feel strange, but breathing and physicality was fine. No problem getting to sleep and felt OK today. looked on the www and see that the increase in heart rate could be caused by stress. I told Mrs Owl. She told me to stop doing it. I can get a card for the hospital. But I'm not keen hospitals or doctors or nurses. Prefer the advice on TVForum. I don't like to visit doctors/hospitals either, but I still go. I am on 5mg amlodipine for BP, been on it for about 5 years now, but buy it myself now rather than visiting the doctor (my source is so much cheaper than the hospital). But I do BP tests every week or so. For Bannork, I would not recommend going on statins unless only short term because of potential liver and muscle damage. A very good alternative to statins is beta-sitosterol. It is a natural substance, not a medicine per se and can be bought online. An added benefit is if you are already starting to suffer from BPH, it reduces swelling of the prostate and makes peeing much easier (but for this it takes time to work - up to 2 or 3 months before it seems to kick in for some people). BTW I have taken statins and beta-sitosterol before, so not talking without experience. The latter I took for BPH rather than cholesterol and it did work well for quite some time. But finally, I did have to go on meds for that and will <deleted> off to Australia when possible to have my prostate attacked with a steaming needle. The bitch of it is, I am only 58 and suffering from BPH thanks to inheriting my dad's genes. Now for some good news, people with lower resting heart rates live longer. My dad is 89 and still mostly healthy and I have the same resting rate as him, 53-54 bpm. Looking forward to moving your way-ish in the not too distant future. Beginning of 2023, Kham Muang here I come.

Beginning of 2023, Kham Muang here I come. Oh dear, this thread may take a temporary detour through medical issues, sorry Owl. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, quite a strong strain too, 7 out of 10 on the scale, 7 years ago. I had my prostate removed and a year later the cancer reactivated according to the PSA readings. I then had a course of radiation which seems to have knocked it back, as combined with a 6 monthly jab of Eligard, my PSA has remained at 0.1 for a few years now. To be honest I've never felt better what with all the physical work on the farm, the fresh air and my family. I never saw any pleasure in riding a bicycle in a gym that didn't go anywhere but digging, planting and growing crops, vegetables, plants and trees, yes! The sweat produces results! Enough on that. Owl, did you wake up to a morning of fog on Wednesday? I've never seen it so thick here, almost like Blighty in the winter. Of course it had dissipated by 7.00 so you may have missed it! .

It was very dark outside until well after seven. Seems like it's all back to normal now; though still on the cool side until 10ish. Not a great deal of rain all told. But very welcome. By the bye Bannork. Have you ever seen the giant solar plant near you? And are there any more near you I don't know about?

I can see the lights flashing as I am writing this now. Think I may have seen a couple of its US employees running around Ban Dung in an open top souped up jeep but if they're CIA shouldn't they keep a low profile? Popular Post sotonowl
When do we get to see the hat lady in her stockings and suspenders? I check in every day with a sense of longing and anticipation. Had my Covid jab today. Already seeing the benefits after just one hour, my mobile is up to a full 5 bars of signal strength whereas I usually only get 2 bars. Will, keep you all informed as I expect the 5 bars will slightly reduce over the coming weeks until I get the booster. Does anyone know how this all ties into the 5G stuff as I haven't a clue. Can I consider myself 5G ready now? It's all a bit confusing.

Have to tread carefully here, if Mrs Owl gets wind of any competition for her beloved farang then she could go to war and Owl could find himself feeding his fish ( or ducks ). If the hat lady keeps schtum then Owl could be saved, remember : ” it’s not over until the hat lady sings “ !! ( sorry ???? ) On a more serious note, my dad had the Oxford vaccine 3 weeks ago and has to wait another 8 weeks for the second dose , he is fast approaching 92 . 4

I watched for a minute and decided action was needed. There was a motorcycle outside. Obviously belonged to the farang. So I let the front tyre down. Went and sat in the pick-up to watch the soon-to-be chaos. The farang (ugly young sod) came out of the shop, turned right and went off to the main road. TBH she was a little young for my taste. The hat lady is about 29; that's just right. Vaccine!? You want me to have another sabbatical Faraday? How could anyone forget! So my trusted Maktec belt sander has a problem,a well designed ill intentioned builtin problem. The lever to retract the front drum to change the belt shat itself. So removed the offending part and upon examining it found a cunning little whole drilled into the lever at the highest stress point of the lever with the obvious intention that it fail early and needlessly. It's going to be a tricky repair not knowing if it's some alloy or just mild steel which I could possibly weld. 2

I'm only interested in one ring. And as far as I know she has not had a ring on her finger; that's the main thing. I'll pop into her shop on Monday. Should not really ask a ladies age, but I might. I'm sure she will confirm she's 29. When you have the experiences I've had with the ladies, it is not difficult to guess their ages.

Surely a woman confirming they're 29 puts them at 35+? Not an untruthful thought in her head. Anyway, I'm not that interested in finding out her exact age. Just want a nice lady to pillow-talk (so to speak) about footy, fishing and trees.
