Teenager Caught with Knife

Five young people were driving motorbikes on Pattaya beach footpath at around 11.30 pm on 27th March for fun, which caught the attention of the police. When they made a search they found that one had two knives in his possession.

The teenager; Uthit Thongrong, aged 19, was captured and questioned. It was found that he works in Laem Chabang area. On that day he and 4 of his friends drove their motorbikes to Pattaya and even knowing that they weren’t allowed on the footpath, they risked doing it for fun, until they were caught by the police.

Under Uthit’s motorbike 2 knives were found. Uthit confessed that they belong to him. He had no plan on harming anyone; they were to defend himself with.

The teenagers were taken to Pattaya police station and were charged. Records were also made before letting them go.
