It's a dispute that's been rumbling on since 2016, but it finally looks like it could be drawing to a close in the coming weeks.

 

21st Century Fox wasn't best pleased when Netflix decided to woo two of its top-tier employees more than three years ago in the hope that they would switch allegiances, which they did.

 

Tara Flynn was vice president of creative affairs at Fox 21 Television Studios, according to The Hollywood Reporter, before jumping ship to Netflix's original series team.

 

Marcos Waltenberg traded in his role as vice president of Fox's film, TV and sports marketing department to become a marketing partner at Netflix.

As bad as some of the Fox shows a few years ago were when I had Fox on True, I don't think they lost anything. I've not watched a Netflix 'original' show, yet, and seriously doubt I'll do so in future. But who cares what a 66 year old expat watches anyway. ????????????????
