Immigration arrived at my condo building. What's going on?

Went to get some things for dinner and noticed an immigration truck pulling into the driveway. Came back and saw some officers talking to the people in the juristic office.

 

Is this anything to be concerned about even though I'm fully legal here? What are they doing here?

Probably looking for somebody or checking to see if people staying the building were being reported using a TM30 form.

In fairness this isn't something I'd seen before and couldn't find a thread that was the same. Wanted to know what was up.

In some previous cases they've set up a temporary desk in the lobby and asked to see passport and TM30 for the foreign residents passing by, those without one got fined.

 

Since it's evening though it could have been a more general sweep of the area where they were just checking with the juristic offices.

I was thinking of this thread, they just mentioned it was in Asoke so yes it could well have been the Trendy, many foreigners stay there.
