update on my thread about annoying popup.

As that thread was closed at my request, this is to update it.

 

I just bought a cheap second hand laptop with a very large screen, and now the popup only covers a quarter of the screen, which means it does not intrude too much over the writing. On my tablet it covered nearly half the screen.

I guess for those using desktops it doesn't cover the writing at all.

The site itself is as usual- takes forever to load when changing to a different thread or posting something, and the forum home list still leaps all over the place like it's mad, so one has to wait a while for it to settle down, or end up on a completely different thread than the one one wanted to be on.

 

Unfortunately, the computer only has that atrocious windows explorer on it, so next thing to do is put firefox on it.
