Hotels With Free Wi Fi Internet

Featured Replies

a thread in the Phuket forum has a bunch of listing on Phuket for free wi-fi

Phuket thread: Hotels/bars With Wi-fi

so many of us are carrying laptops (mine is used mostly to empty my camera!)

BUT: If my hotel offered FREE wifi i'd probably use my laptop more.

I usually stay at Grand President & they have ethernet but IMHO charge tu mutt ..

I'd change hotel for free wi-fi!

:o

what hotels offer FREE wi-fi?

what coffee shops? http://www.wi-fihotspotlist.com/browse/intl/2000038/p1.html

I'll begin the Bangkok hotel free wi-fi list with:

http://www.bangkoksuite.com/buffet_breakfast.html

& gleaned from the phuket (Hotels/bars With Wi-fi) thread:

http://thaibasecamp.com/

Please enter all hotels you know that have high speed internet, paid or free into the geektels database

http://www.geektools.com/geektels/

I used this database for many years to know where I can stay to have internet.

Then you can also refer to the Intertouch website to search the database of hotels:

http://www.inter-touch.com/hotel/hotel_locator.php

other databases:

I looked at the 1st page of geektools .. most were as much, us$15 - $18 perday, for Internet as a room in a cheap hotel.

no way I'd pay $15 q day = $450. per month

at bangkok suites you get room, breakfast & internet for $20. q day

anybody ever stay there??

i check my email every few days from an internet cafe for about 50 Thb.

& maybe check the train schedule .. or get a Pattaya hotel's phone # or ..

& enjoy the Post & Nation .. will continue to do without the forums / google news @ $15 q day .. or even $5 per day .. or even $2.

think GP is about 3k per month = $2 per day & I decline

Phuket seems to be pushing FREE wi-fi more than Bangkok.

bet free wi-fi becomes a common promotion within a short period.
