Fire broke out as staff were preparing to leave for the New Year break. Whipped up by winds it took hold in the first of ten warehouses and spread to a second at the 100 rai facility. Twenty engines battled the blaze but there were no reports of death or injury. Damage is estimated to be at least 30 million baht. A short circuit is the most likely reason at this stage, reported Daily News.
