Two teenage boys and a 26 year old man have surrendered to Pak Kret police after they chased rivals that resulted in the death of one boy and injury to another.

Piyapong, 26, and the two boys aged 16 and 14 are in custody after they chased two 15 year olds on a motorcycle. This resulted in an accident in which one of the boys died.

The trouble started in Pathum Thani after insults were hurled and the chase ended up in the Pak Kret police jurisdiction.

The boys on the motorcycle being chased were caught on CCTV as they collided with the footpath and signage after going the wrong way down a road.

One of the boys now in custody was filmed going up to one of the victims and kicking him while he was on the ground.

They are being charged with recklessness causing death.

Typical Thai behavior.  They have no regard for life it’s all about me.  They should be charged with murder and given the death penalty.  It’s the only way to stop this ludicrous “your my rival I’m going to kill you” behavior that goes on daily here.

Weird in thai news it said that the gang beat him  after the crash, and in the video you can see someone in the gang beat him.

Notice four of them are not even old enough to be riding Motorbikes, so why were they ?    Answers on a Postage Stamp please !

The 14-year old was the only one not old enough to be riding a bike but, even so, the article didn't say that he was riding one.
