Used to do all my 90 day reports online. Was always a pain using the site but I worked out how to make it work using Mozilla and putting the information in the right sequence (drop down menus first, Captcha code, dates etc). Last few times I have tried to use it over the last year I fill out the first page and get the following message...."For further information regarding the 90 day report please contact the IO in your residence area"

Are people still doing their reports online without issues? or is it a dead duck

I have got a new passport in the last year but the message I get below is instantaneous as soon as I click the "next" button. Like it's not like it's searched my info and come up with a discrepancy.

It´s an on and off thing. Sometimes you have luck, sometimes not.

I have heard that it works best with the Google Chrome browser.

That message means your record could not be found. The instantaneous response is due to the info you enter is recorded as soon as you go to the next info to be entered.

Unless you have used your new passport for an entry to the country you will not be able to do online reports until you do it.

This has been discussed in the pinned topic about online reporting many times.

I just got my online (using desktop) 90 day report approved, 3 Jan. Submitted it 30 Dec and longer than usual wait due to holiday, no doubt. This was my sixth successful, in a row, online reporting (same passport, same TM6). I've used Chrome, but for last three have used Firefox (without IE extension). The only thing I've changed, and this was three iterations ago, was adding my first name, which is not an asterisked item. But, I had read on this forum that someone had been told this was a new requirement. Dunno. Whether needed or not, its inclusion *may* have helped, or not -- I don't know. But, its inclusion certainly can't hurt....
