Have no problem viewing YouTube and the like, Just some videos on here that don't work.

Others seem to see them alright

You didn't provide the link to the post.

I can see it.

Seems it has been uploaded to Thaivisa "assets".

Can you see this (click it), that's the video from the post?

Might be an issue with the browser and installed add-ons?

I don't see a video on either of your links

Just checked and the link works on both on Explorer and Edge, so seems something to do with Chrome.

Any Chrome users have any idea what I'm missing with my Chrome settings

I have a similar problem on another forum, not sure why.  But now most people on there now post the direct link to the video below the embedded link.

Well for youtube anyway.

At least you are not the only one.

No idea whether you find help here:

https://www.groovypost.com/howto/fix-embedded-videos-not-playing-google-chrome/

On my Chrome installation the hardware acceleration option is enabled AND the video plays... But worth a try.

Tried the recommendations in your link but that did not help

Also tried with and without hardware acceleration but that didn't sort the problem either

Any more ideas welcome

Tried all the suggestions from the Internet, they all had about the same "fix" non of which worked in my case.

Finally figured the problem was Adguard that was blocking the video from playing.

All I have to do now is figure some way of allowing the video to play without disabling Adguard.

Don't worry about it, just disable Adguard during the time you are streaming any video, chances of getting any malware are minimal, just don't forget to enable it again once you are finished
