MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - An 11-year-old boy armed with two guns entered a school in northern Mexico, shot dead a teacher and wounded at least six others before killing himself, possibly under the influence of a violent video game, local officials said on Friday.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States imposed more sanctions on Iran on Friday in retaliation for its missile attack on U.S. forces in Iraq this week and vowed to tighten the economic screws if Tehran continued "terrorist" acts or pursued a nuclear bomb.

Budget debate walk-out after calls for more time were rejected by Gov.

The debate on the budget bill for the 2020 fiscal year almost collapsed Thursday evening after opposition MPs refused to take any further part, which they indicated by removing their smart ID cards from the system. The cards indicate their presence in the chamber. By removing them, the meeting may have lacked a quorum and ended immediately.

DUBAI (Reuters) - A Ukrainian aircraft which crashed earlier this week in Iran had flown close to a sensitive military site belonging to the elite Revolutionary Guards and was shot down unintentionally due to human error, the Iranian military said in a statement read on state TV on Saturday.
