group1(normal) systolic/diastolic bp=<120/80 mm.hg

group2(pre-HT) systolic/diastolic bp=<120-139/80-90 mm.hg

group3(more high level) systolic/diastolic bp=<140-159/90-99 mm.hg

group4(severe level) systolic/diastolic bp=>160/100 mm.hg

     advice information

group1&2=change behavior such as eat low salt ,low stress,more exercise in 3 month level bp can change.

group3&4=take medicine from doctor in hospital and follow up appointment.
