Everyone seems angry, miserable, on edge, grinding teeth, seething with jealousy. What has happened to the country I once loved? Today at my local tesco, the cashier didnt even look at me. no greeting, no sawasdee ka. Just took my card, scanned it and gave it back to me. Everyone seems to avoid eye contact with me, as soon as they see its a foreigenr they look down at their shoes. waiters and waitress are so rude, never say thanks when leaving a generous tip (like it is to be expected). <snip>. The food has gone down hill, full of salt and god knows what other chemicals. point being, there just aint no love her no more chaps, it's very obvious we are not wanted here at all. sorry i couldnt post anything more upbeat but i just dont see anything positive to post about these days. 27 2 4 7 14 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

No idea mate, ive heard a few people talking about vietnam but im not sold either. It's great for a holiday, just came back from Saigon. Beer and cannabis cheap, girls expensive but very pretty. I think you've got to leave the country every 90 days if you stay there long time.
