Crossy
I order a lot of small stuff from aliExpress, I always check that the shipping is tracked and if not upgrade to a tracked option. I've had a few items just stop moving and I simply hit the dispute button just before the protection expires. Never had a problem getting a refund for non-delivery. I recently ordered 10 of an item, one didn't function, started a dispute with a video of it not working (next to one that did), aliExpress processed a refund (a low value item) without the seller even being involved (which surprised me).

This is what they do, they extend payment protection so if you say not received, you can't continue the dispute

Once the dispute was open AliExpress reimbursed me, the seller repeatedly begged me not to open a dispute !

With all the motorcycle parts I've ordered from UK, US, Taiwan also 6 items from China never had a problem with Thai Customs. Only delivery times from some AliExpress suppliers vary a lot from China.
