January 16, 20206 yr I order a lot of small stuff from aliExpress, I always check that the shipping is tracked and if not upgrade to a tracked option. I've had a few items just stop moving and I simply hit the dispute button just before the protection expires. Never had a problem getting a refund for non-delivery. I recently ordered 10 of an item, one didn't function, started a dispute with a video of it not working (next to one that did), aliExpress processed a refund (a low value item) without the seller even being involved (which surprised me). "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

Once the dispute was open AliExpress reimbursed me, the seller repeatedly begged me not to open a dispute !

With all the motorcycle parts I've ordered from UK, US, Taiwan also 6 items from China never had a problem with Thai Customs. Only delivery times from some AliExpress suppliers vary a lot from China.
