A friend only recently discovered that he was the father of his (occasional) Thai girlfriend's son.

 

He has no issue with this but the girl had already registered the birth with "no father".

 

They now want to change this at the local amphur and a DNA test is required. The amphur has said the DNA test must be done in Thailand.

 

 

The issue is that the father is not currently in Thailand and is unlikely to be here during 2020.  Does anyone have experience/knowledge of it being possible to arrange a DNA test outside Thailand.
