Thailand keeps doors open to Chinese tourists

BANGKOK -- Amid the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, Thailand has not restricted Chinese tourists from entering the kingdom, or dropped its visa-on-arrival fee waiver implemented to mainly attract Chinese.

Coronavirus cases in Thailand remain at 32

Confirmed cases of coronavirus in Thailand remain at 32 persons – nine Thais and 23 Chinese – with 10 having returned home and 22 in hospital, while the condition of one Thai who returned from Wuhan, China, is normal, Public Health Ministry spokesman Dr Taweesin Visanuyothin said today (February 10).

BEIJING/GENEVA (Reuters) - The World Health Organization said on Monday the spread of coronavirus cases among people who have not been to China could be "the spark that becomes a bigger fire" and the human race must not let the epidemic get out of control.

Banks face rules on service fee calculation

Monk claims Jakrapanth shot dead 9 people near temple in Korat

Sgt-Maj Jakrapanth Thomma allegedly shot dead nine people at Wat Pa Sattharam, in Tambon Hua Thaley in Muang district of Nakhon Ratchasima on Saturday, according to Phra Manaswin Thirungkulo, a monk at the temple, who claims he witnessed the shooting.

PM orders all ministries reporting Korat shooting victims compensation plans

NBTC recommends guidelines for reports on violent crimes
