Jamesjimmy
Limoncello is still the one and only Pizzeria to go.If you're nice they serve you a free limoncello at the end. Excellent pizzas - and they don't really like to deliver. As their pizza doesn't taste that magic anymore, or so they say. Sukhumvit Soi 11. ill 2nd that!!! very very good and the service is top notch....
Hawkup2000
Pizza Pizza at Central World is really, really good. In my opinion their pizzas is better than Limoncello, both in taste and regarding the price. A few nights ago I was at Khao san road for the first time since one year. I sat down to take a drink at The Station (the Shell gas station place). I noticed that they served pizza now. I was highly skeptical, because the price was to low; only 120 baht for a medium size one. So, expected it to be "thai style" i e bread with ham and mayonnaise, but it was quite good. Quality wise I would say it is like Bangkok pizza but Bangkok pizza charge you a whopping 70 baht a slice.
dotcom
For me Bella Napoli on soi 31 is very very good when it comes to pizzas.Good pizzas (if I remember), but lousy lousy service. Never going back. Did they have flies like Sunrise Tacos? lol. Mate you are too funny.

Enjibenji
right, went to scoozi at esplanade today and got carbonara, margarita pizza (or however you spell it) and garlic bread. the pizza in my opinion didn't taste as good as people here are making it out to be (maby i had a one off bad one?). The good thing though, was the price. The size was good as well, not too small. But in my opinion, if you are wanting a really good pizza, at 500 baht (a bit more expensive), go to new york pizza at nana and get a cheese, tomato and basil pizza. The thing is huge. It tasted much better than at scoozi. That doesn't mean scoozi tasted bad, but it didn't live upto the expectations i got here.. and that was when i pretty much didn't eat anything since i woke up about 6 hours before - i would have thought anything tasted good. as well as that, the pizza i had at khao sarn at 60 baht a slice tasted better as well. found out about scoozi's delivery price too - just 20 baht. surface
Met a friend for some pool at Soi 13 Pool a couple of weeks back and tried their pizza based on a review (in this thread I think). Was pretty good, the quality of the cheese surprising me the most. It was thin crust style, not very big, but only around 300 baht or so. I think a lot of places may be serving pizza from a single source who delivers around lower Suk, based off the menus all looking similar/identical, but not sure if this was the case here. It actually seemed fairly similar to the pizza from Absolute Bar which I think is one of the better pizzas in BKK. Don't really head down that way too often, so if anyone knows if another company is supplying them with their pies I'd love to know who it is and find out if they deliver. Enjibenji
where on khao san did you get pizza slices? the start of khao sarn road close to where all the police cars are lined up, opposite the motorbike/scooter railings(?). doesn't look like a shop, just looks like a big container you see in a bakery with pizzas inside, with an oven behind. really good for me anyway. midoban
But in my opinion, if you are wanting a really good pizza, at 500 baht (a bit more expensive), go to new york pizza at nana and get a cheese, tomato and basil pizza. The thing is huge. I ordered a pizza from here the other day and really did not like it at all. I think it was mainly due to the fact that the cheese did not taste right. Only good thing about it was the crust, kinda soft and chewy.

I cant believe there are so many postings for so long on this pizza issue.Have you people ever heard of gordan ramsay?? MAKE YOUR BLOODY OWN FOR CHRISTS SAKE!! Its not that hard,if you are all so freaking useless then email me and i will give you fool proof and child proof directions..and i gaurantee it will be far better and cheaper than all of the places mentioned in the last 8 pages of useless drivel. AND by the way,the reason that the pizzas are topped with mayyo in Bangkok is because dairy (cheese) is a tad costly here... FOR F...S SAKE!!! Do you have a brother named Bendix? For the rest of the TV members who don't have a wood fired oven in their apartment, I had Scoozi a couple of times recently and it is very good overall - on par with others of that ilk. However, for those looking for a real caesar salad, highly recommend their's.
IAMSOBAD
Scoozi is ok. New York Pizza in Nana is terrible. The sauce tastes like Ketchup. Basilicco is very delicous. Bella Napoli has better pasta than pizza. Absolute Bar has good pizza. Duhlios was so dry...like a cracker. Awful flavor. The absolute worst pizza I ever had in my life was Ronnys on soi 4 in Nana. It tasted like cardboard with ketchup and insect repellent. The first bite made me want to puke. Pizza Mama is very good if you get it with extracheese. Bangkok Pizza on soi 24/1 has closed. Marias Pizza on Silom Road near the Holiday Inn is the best in BKK. Limoncello sauce has no Italian spices and was very bland. I was a trained pizza chef for many years while in school. There is no excuse for making lousy pizza. Edited January 11, 2009 by IAMSOBAD

skettios
Not that anyone reading this will get there but.....let me tell you of a place in Grand Haven, Michigan U.S.A. It's called, "Fricanos". It's in a dumply old wood structure building that's been there forever. I do not exaggerate when I say people from all over the U.S. travel out of their way just eat there. The pizza has a distinct flavor and texture in which I've never seen close to being duplicated anywhere. If by chance you happen to get any place close to this place, just ask someone where it....they'll know! Really strange to read this on a forum about Thailand, but I have to say, I've been there and you're absolutely correct. It's not easy to find, it's built into someone's old house. It's not a chain or anything, but it is probably the best pizza in the world. Thanks for making me hungry for something I can't possibly have. changnaam
1 place which has been overlooked and is not a "pizza" or "italian" restaurant but in my opinion has the best pizzas is the "Sports Corner" Suk soi 20. Recently had a pizza oven fitted, along with "proper" chef and the pizzas are really something. My favourite is hawaiian and they use real quality smoked (I think) ham, great tomato sauce, thin base and not shy with the toppings as well. Not sure on the size but it is a good feed (12" I would guess) and less than 200B...... Eat in only I think but definitely worth adding to the mix. BigSnake
By accident I ended on a small pizza restaurant near the Emporium. Unexpectedly I ate there one of the best pizza I have ever tasted...and in Bangkok (note that I have lived in Melbourne, Milan and Bangkok...so I think I have an idea about good and bad pizza).A week later I come back to check whether it was only an accident; but it was not. I had the chance to talk with the american owner and among others things he mentioned to me that Thais simply do not like real pizza, reason why it is so hard to keep a western kitchen with no "compromises". The restaurant is named Bangkok Pizza (the name is a little bit scary I Think) and it is in Sukhumvit 26/1, a small soi near the BTS station. They also deliver. It worth the try. (I promised to the owner that I would recommend his pizza...and there you are ) Sounds like a winner to me maybe a visit will be in order first time I have, Thanks Torito
