Bells Airport bus how to pay them!

Ok booking bus for later this month Hua Hin to BKK

Have 2 debit cards 

The BKK bank one goes through to OTP i click proceed.......... then Bells site shuts down API runtime error... card not debited and no ticket

 

Tried a few times then decided to use Krungthai card get through last bit ..site says its not verified by visa although i have used it online ....ok will check at bank..

 

NOW peed off for a extra 18THB i use paypal attached to Krungthai card i know this works flawlessly

 

Final result All gone through apart from nothing debited and no ticket
