Then my browser said done then another htp req was made for the content body by the looks.

Huh, I did the run, and then the command prompt as I have XP and it said "unable to resolve target system name adn".

I noticed that loading TV has been really slow for me over the past 3-4 days.

Hi Khun Marco,

I tried eggsactly that mate.

But what happend is

Right click / Select All > So far so good, everything get highlighted.

But then, whether I click and drag, or ctrl + anything.. it just un.highlights

Only in this commandprompt window.

No problem, not really important, but if as a side note, you know why they would happen, I'd be happy to hear.

Anyway, sorry for going off topic.

Shoot, you are right...

Ok, instead of Ctrl+C, press Enter to copy , now the text is stored in the clipboard, you can paste it

Alternatively if you want only to select a portion of the text

Choose "Mark" from the context. menu, then click-drag to select the text you want to highlight and press Enter to copy it

Sorry for the confusion :o

Make sure you do it to "www.thaivisa.com" and not "www.thaivisa.com/forum"

So what does this info tell us? It looks pretty quick to me.

Maybe it is not the ads per se, but the graphics involved with the ads. Sometimes I get a similar effect when logging into hotmail.

Maybe what I ought to do is change my settings or getting a utility that would disable the fancy graphics.

Just brainstorming here.

Anybody?

It's always been the same loading TV, doesn't matter where you are it's always slower than other sites.

I posted similar comments and traceroutes before, cleared cookies etc, logged off, logged on, but it's still just the same.

Maybe it is the ads, but I don't think anyone here is going to tell me to block them, defeats the object doesn't it!?

With all due respect George, many members have commented on this and traceroutes seem to show that there is no connection problem.

One member is based in Singapore where your server is and he had the same problem. It is faster at somtimes than others, is it due to the volume of trafic perhaps?
