Travel from Bkk to LAX ( Covid-19)

I hope I am in the right forum, but I am hoping someone can help me with my travel problems..I am bringing my wife to live with me in the states and the flight is on April 1. I am concerned as I am 71 years old and have diabetes and COPD,but I am healthy at this time In regards to my flight, I am traveling with transit in Manilla to LAX. Will I be subject to a mandatory self quarantine at LAX if I have no symptoms of Covid 19..My flight has not been cancelled, but I was hoping someone here might have any ideasor have experienced the POE(Port of Entry} protocol at LAX.My wife has her visa in hand and all supporting documents and we hope to clear customs without any big problems...Thanks in advance

The last report I got was from yesterday, dude flew PP to Singapore to LAX on Cathy Pacific. No problems anywhere. It changes from hour to hour though.
