Oh I suspect that someone in space HQ checks through through the paperwork until they find an over-stayer, and then texts their address to the smart-car crew. they then go and park outside. Pretty smart eh? Still, if you have got to drive all the way up to the frozen north to nick an over-stayer or two, might at least do it in a comfy car! They must be racking up some mileage - in due course the engine management lights and timing belt warning lights will come on, and that will be that! I see them creeping around in Songkhla a lot when I am down there. Very sinister having those driving around looking for illegal foreigners, especially at the moment with everything that's going on.
