Betting on the lottery and horse racing in Bangkok should be studied first to see if has a beneficial result for the country.

Yep he worried about the Chinese gambling tours. Macau will loose out somewhat.

He's concerned that he'll be losing money because thousands of Chinese gamblers will come.

She wants it because it'll be another Shinawattra asset to ad to her porfolio
