All Department Stores closed until April 12?

My wife just watched channel 32 news. According to them, all department stores close now until April 12. The only sections which will be open for the public is FOOD and daily necessities, meant is probably toilet paper and facial tissues, etc. But no clothes or anything not related to food and necessities. I haven't seen a news flash yet from TVF. Has anyone picked up this news?
