We are peoples that live in tribes and that was laid down to us prior to the great agricultural revolution of 10,000 BC or thereabouts. Firstly, for raw ingredients examine the PISA educational tables where they are on opposite ends of the spectrum with Singapore consistently top of all three categories. Singapore then has a policy of searching out the cream for appointments to senior civil service positions and pays them big money vs Thailand’s nepotistic appointment of incompetents. Singapore devises well thought through policies and ensures it is strictly followed . That’s country’s underlying philosophy is that as it has no natural resources it’s major resource HAS to be its population.
