You cannot get this in Thailand except from a doctor. This is because the drug causes birth defects if taken during pregnancy, and can also cause liver damage.

Just consult any dermatologist. They will usually insist on blood tests of liver function before prescribing and then at intervals thereafter before providing a refill.

Yep, like Sheryl said. This one isn't a medication you want to take without close medical supervision. In the US women are required to have a negative pregnancy test every month to get the prescription for another month. This med is seriously dangerous to the liver as well. Don't do anything foolish. See a dermatologist.
