How on earth are DTAC customers expected to access their voicemails that now require an access code if DTAC themselves are closed & not manning their customer enquiries #? Their app and website are useless as I could find nothing useful there either. I have voicemails from home that I cannot access & therefore have no idea who from or what news they might contain...:blink:
