You have already voted for the party you want so again IMHO the popular vote determines the party and surely the have the right to have their leaders from the party who won?

The electoral college makes sure that more than large cities get to have an influence on the presidential election. It really does not matter if you don't agree with it

Wrong. No one wants id abolished. it is needed when registering to vote.

Trump won the election by saying what everyone knew - the MSM is fake news.

And after he won he didnt stop calling them fake news - and they hate him for it and always will.

Trump mentions the coronavirus in the State of the Nation Report - Dems tore up the whole speech.

Trump implements a travel restriction for non-residents from China - Dems called him a racist.

The list goes on and on.  Could Trump have done better - of course yes - but Dems did much less and much worse.

Believe I'm correct that US is the only Western country with an Electoral College process for selecting the President / PM, To try and ensure some form of fairness most use electoral boundaries, but politicians being what they are it's not unusual for gerrymandering. Again I understand there is quite a lot of discussion within the US as to whether the Electoral College process is still appropriate ongoing e.g.
