What is fairly obvious to anyone with half a brain is that Trump is a moron. His followers are now split into two camps. Those who are less intelligent than Trump who follow his every word. Then we have those who know he is a moron and will not admit they were tricked into following him. The second group of people use phrases like tongue in cheek, and he was being sarcastic to avoid admitting to their own mistakes. The second group of people are more dangerous as even though they now know they were wrong rather than admit it they are doubling down on their own stupidity.

Now does not this fall very easily on to the category of a "no-brainer"? Whoever suggests such an action, what sort of a community would rush to drink or inject themselves with  household cleaners?

I've heard of a warning on a user manual of some clothes iron - "not to iron cloths while wearing them".

Really, do these things happen in this world today? Are such beings walking on this planet today?

You're not making any sense.  Did you even read the OP?  There's no "other side" exploiting this.  These are real companies concerned enough to put out public statements warning everyone to not listen to the President.  So clearly, they all recognized that Trump was not being sarcastic and that some people might even take his advice.
