Renew Panama Seaman Book - Security Awareness Training Course VI/6-1 or VI/6-2

I need to renew my Panama Seaman Book, but first I need to provide document "Security Awareness Training Course VI/6-1 or VI/6-2". I previously did this one day course at the Gentleman Mariners School in Bangkok, but the cert expires after 5 years.

 

Is there anywhere in or close to Pattaya where I can do this same course?

I feel your pain.
Over the years I've had Liberian and Marshall Islands Seaman books, now they're all expired.

I worked for a Offshore Drilling company on salary for 15 years and the rig administrator would take care of these issues.

2015 I was released and over the last years working here and there for agencies. No one cares to help out, I've asked the 6 or so different drilling companies and the agencies to assist even offering to pay out of my own pocket, nope. 
I just can't get me a new Seaman's Book.
