Popular Post webfact Posted May 18, 2020 Popular Post Share Posted May 18, 2020 State Enterprise meeting okays THAI rehabilitation plan By THE NATION A State Enterprise Policy Committee meeting today (May 18) approved a rehabilitation plan for Thai Airways International to solve the carrier’s financial difficulties, Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha said. The commission, which he chaired, will propose the resolution to the Cabinet for consideration tomorrow. When asked if the plan will proceed under the bankruptcy law, Prayut said the bankruptcy and the rehabilitation plan are not the same thing and the Cabinet will reveal more details later. Never any varying opinions or ideas, just comply comply comply, Rehabilitation is not the same as bankruptcy. Rehabilitation still allows the entitled to have some fun before it all comes crashing down.
