I'm currently out of LoS but need to find a doctors clinic for a friend asap. It needs to be fairly inexpensive as it's for a local, and the doc will need to be able to speak English as I need to phone him afterwards and find out the info. If anyone can recommend some place with directions I'd be very very very very grateful.

Send him to Dr Tawachai at the Loi Kroh clinic. In Loi Kroh Road opposite Wat Loi Kroh.

As p1p said, a large number of expats go to Dr Tawachai at the Loi Kroh clinic, including me.
