Hi All,

We are a family of 4 - kids are 4 years and 20 months. Need advice on family friendly Hotels in Phuket (patong Beach). Has anybody stayed at the Holiday Inn? In particular the family suite. Any feedback postive or negative.

Cheers :o

holiday inn patong is totally family oriented in as much as they have child friendly facilities and try their best to dicourage single male clientele.expensive if you don't book it as part of a package though.

I have been looking into this recently as we have family coming for a holiday shortly.

The Holiday Inn has excellent Family rooms, with themed kids bedrooms.(pitate ship theme)

Prices i have seen are in the 5800 Baht a night region.

After some research, our family have booked at Kamala Bay Garden resort, a 2 bedroom family suite for under 2000 a night.(latestaysdotcom)

While it is a little out of the way, the rooms are clean and spacious and the pool and restaraunts look nice.

Due to the location they are hiring a car.

The total price for car and room is less than half that of the Holiday Inn.

Hope this is of some help

you will get a good rate if booking it as a flight/accomo package through an agent ,booking accomo only by yourself much more expensive.
