The wait should be twice the incubation time - so exprect 28 days with no local transmission. If we can go that long we are good. Not too worried about asymptomatic carriers - the current research suggests they are very inlikely to transmit it. And if they were prevalent and were able to transmit the virus, then I would expect to see symptomatic cases occurring.
