A mother and daughter went to the Lahansai police in Buriram in Thailand's north east after finding one of four puppies beheaded by the side of their house.

They want the cruel person or persons who did such a thing brought to justice for animal cruelty.

The pup was found by the side of the house on Monday. The head was missing.

A Facebook post referring to the innocent little dog said: "What did he ever do to you?"

Benjarat, 29, said the mother of the pups - not yet two months old - is called "Kek Huay" and has been in the family for 5-6 years. She has never been fierce or bitten anyone.

Benjarat said she was in the process of finding homes for the pups when her mother discovered the dead one when she went to feed them.

She suspects local young people misbehaving as having been responsible.

Saddam Hussein's uncle  once said that his nephew's hobby as a child was beheading of kittens.Later on,Saddam grew up to be what he was.Cruelty to animals practiced by young people is a serious indication that a psycho adult is to be awaited.

Spot on!  Cruelty to animals during their youth is quite common in sociopaths.

Yes indeed and I quote from the Independent (UK) newspaper:-

Ian Brady, the Moors murderer who tortured and killed five children in the 1960s, boasted of killing his first cat when he was just 10, and went on to burn another cat alive, stone dogs and cut off rabbits' heads before going on to target people.Jul 30, 2019
