Watching Trump's speech it is obvious that he has given up. So low energy. His attacks were given in a low monotone voice. I think that Tulsa rally has destroyed him. He does not want to be doing this anymore.

You can tell it was a speech someone else wrote, with him slightly squinting to read the teleprompters (Hannity hates teleprompters -- remember him constantly criticizing Obama for using them?  Where is #1 fanboy on this?).

The little bit I saw he mentioned the Tuskegee Airmen.  Yes, they should be honored, but it also invokes a certain disgrace in US gov't race relations, and is a subject best avoided at this time.  Doesn't anybody in his crew have any damned sense?  Perhaps Stephen Miller put that in there, knowing full well what he was doing.  Did he mention how generous the pioneers were in providing blankets to natives?

In 2 weeks when a lot of the new Covid 19 victims are in a hospital of a field

clinic because the hospitals are crammed full, then we will hear just how great

the Mount Rushmore site was for Donny's speach.  The smart people watched that gathering from the safe comfort of their homes on TV.   How much longer has Trump got before he gets covid                        and is out of sight

and hopefully feeling so bad that he cannot even tweet his feelings.  So Jr  finally caught the

virus,  so it is not too far from Donald boy.

  As much as Biden is not perfect, he is old enough that he would be a one term

president, and that is perfectly okay. When the guy talks, he can at least seem

intelligent and even respectful.  Trump has made more enemies that most Presidents.

Trump's sexual behaviour, IMO, is no worse than any of the millions of farang men that have visited Thailand for the nightlife. It's only in America ( and other western countries ) that such behaviour is anathema to a certain demographic of the population.

 

The Evangelicals voted for him, IMO, because he was the only better alternative to her.

As for the GOP, IMO many despise him as much as any Dem, but fear getting replaced by the pro Trump electorate if they come out against him openly.
