But USA people still like him.

He's the least popular president in modern history. According to Wikipedia at least: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_approval_rating

These are the average approval ratings:

Average Approval:

Trump: 40%
Truman: 45.4%
Carter: 45.5%
Ford: 47.2%
Obama: 47.9%
Nixon: 49.1%
G.W.: 49.4%
Reagan: 52.8%
Clinton: 55.1%
Johnson: 55.1%
H.W. Bush: 60.9%
Roosevelt: 63%
Eisenhower: 65%
Kennedy: 70.1%

It gets even worse when you look at the highest approval during his presidency he's never been above 49%. To put that in perspective #2 is Nixon who was at 66%. #3 is Obama at 67%. Trump is 17% lower than the #2. Guess that's what he meant by winning.

As for his niece's comments, I think it should be the duty of these people if they love their country to get all of this stuff out. Give everyone a full picture of what this guy is about and make sure he doesn't get re-elected. And for the love of god, someone leak this guys tax information. He's obviously hiding something.

That goes back to his shoot a guy of 5th avenue quote. Me, I'd like to think that there is a bar, a red line that will not be accepted, but so far this doesn't seem to be the case.

As stated before, it's not about who you want for the POTUS, it's about who and what we don't want. I want a president who doesn't embrace this whole blm movement, doesn't side with the destruction we've seen in our country. The radical left has drawn the line that isn't acceptable.

If you  say dems don't side with the violence and destruction we've witnessed, I've yet to hear biden

condemn any of it. Paint graffiti on our streets sure go ahead, vandalize and destroy countless pieces of out history, murder, burn our cities down and not a word from biden. So yeah I'll take Trump any day no matter what I think of him personally.

I don't think Biden embraced "the whole" blm movememnt, nor did he "side with the destruction". That's just more nonsense out of you. Same Trump campaign talking point on each topic now, if you're not supporting Trump, you're "radical left", "far left", "commie", "Marxist" etc.

My point was that even if the above was founded on anything solid, then your support of Trump would seem to be unconditional. Meaning he can do whatever, and you'd still support him no matter what. I am just wondering how much this covers.

How sad it must be to be a Trump supporter.  This notion that everyone and everything that says anything bad about him is fake news and everything bunker boy himself says is a beacon of truth and honesty.  A reality TV 'star' with decades of well documented fraud and compulsive lying.

Yeah sure, because that's what I said. How sad it must be to be a liberal who likes to put words in other peoples mouths that they didn`t say.

Liberals are so funny.

The saddest part is that he's going to win again in 2020 because the best the Dems could put up is Biden.

Glad to hear that you think it would be sad for 45 to win. Don't worry. He's losing.

He was losing to HRC right up until the results came in on election day...

That was a powerful statement (sarcasm). Saying what he thinks wouldn't be good for business, he only does lip service to capture the vote. Trump says what he thinks without any care of the consequences.

I beg to differ everything trump says is calculated to rile up his base and divide the country no more no less as he corrupts our democracy he is what he is

Will be ineresting to see if the gag is lifted, and if the trump family (uncle bob) pursues breach of contract (NDA) civil claims. I suspect they won't for fear of 'discovery'.

Still gagged: Mary Trump's restraining order extended until one day before tell-all book goes on sale

The polls actually were remarkably accurate. Check the history.

Now about this election.

It's just not the same.

HRC was widely despised.

Biden is mostly seen as likeable.

45 ran on a dream.

Now we know that dream turned out to be a nightmare.

Comey is gone with his last minute inappropriate bombs.

45 is going to lose.

JHChrist, now you're a scientist. Unbelievably pretentious.

Here's my pretentious opinion - I don't really care. This book is coming out now and not 4 yrs ago because.....

As long as no one from the left is criticizing blm, Antifa, the looting, the list goes on and on. Trump hasn't done much to combat the dangerous left but let biden in and for sure the extremist left "I hate America" brigade will take over and destroy the America so many great people have built.

Thank you, ad hominem attacks are always a comfort to me because they are the last refuge of someone who has already lost the argument.

You can't give an alternative opinion on why Trump is hiding his finances? You disappoint me, I thought you might come up with something imaginative.

You obviously don't understand Trump is making a pretty good fist of destroying America all by himself. Think about it, who now trusts America as an ally? Precisely what has he won with his easy to win trade war? If Clinton had won, do you really think the coronavirus carnage could be any worse?

If you can't accept all data or divorce emotion you can forget talk about science.

You are attempting to introduce what are known as confounding variables.

I'll ask the same of you: Give me an opinion alternative to mine that explains why Trump is trying to hide his finances.

She does have some very interesting things to say, like this beauty: "She describes Donald as so desperate to avoid his father's wrath — which destroyed her father — that he never developed a conscience, only a feral instinct for self-preservation."

There will certainly be some interesting books coming from his inner circle once hes out of office.

Is not caring about the consequences of one's words a desired quality for the POTUS?

And, eventually, there will be Trump's own book, too. Fun times ahead.
