58  is the total Thailand figure so far ..about 60 a day die on Thai roads.

Health minister Anutin Charnvirakul didn't do foreigners any favors either with his comments > HERE.

Actually there are anti-discrimination laws in Thailand.

The Constitution of Thailand B.E. 2550 (2007) guarantees equality for all persons and between men and women, and prohibits discrimination on 12 grounds.

Depends on how old they are and what medical conditions. For older people the risk of death is more than quite small.
