snoop1130
Ministry explains details on Thai student's Covid-19 death in Egypt By THE NATION Foreign Ministry spokesperson Cherdkiat Atthakorn on Wednesday (July 29) met the press on Wednesday (July 29) to clarify the case of a Thai student in Egypt succumbing to Covid-19 on Tuesday. Cherdkiat said the Thai embassy had been informed about a Thai student suffering from a cough and fatigue about three weeks ago, and learned that the student had a lung infection. The student was then sent to a state quarantine site, but succumbed to the infection on Tuesday. The embassy has spoken to the student’s family, who agreed to have the student buried in a graveyard in Cairo. The deceased was buried yesterday. Cherdkiat said this 26-year-old student was the first Thai national to have died from Covid-19 in Egypt, but did not reveal the student’s name or gender. Not to a hospital?

IAMHERE
You can believe the Egyptians or not. I don't. The young Thai's in an age group that isn't usually affected all that much by the virus.
Popular Post Sheryl
Deaths in younger people are far from unknown. As a percentage of total cases, it is true that their fatality rate is lower than for older people, but they tend to have more cases, and the fatality rate is not zero. Young people have died of COVID in many countries before this, including Thailand itself. It is a common misperception that only old people die of COVID. Not true. 2

Both-they have both illustrated to the world that what they say is untrustworthy, so who is to believe either? Both authoritarian

Clever COVID is very good at finding latent, unknown weaknesses, in many different organs. It sometimes barely affects the lungs but moves elsewhere to kill/disable. It finds that special weakness that its victim was born with. It finds that small number who possess them and are doomed, from birth, to die a "tragic, early death.......before their time".
