Who should have a motive to get rid of him - or was he up to withdraw his statement? (Not saying that I think so) Well getting rid of him definitely removes the possibility of questioning him as to why it took him seven years to remember what happened that night.

Or it could be that the guy was promised monthly payments instead of a lump sum. Sadly (on several levels), we'll never know. And even if there's a thorough investigative report released, who's going to believe it?

daveAustin
Run at 0.25 speed. Muzzle: It's clearly two bikes, chaps, and the muzzle at 12s from pillion across the road looks conveniently suspicious. Bike in front with dull light goes down first at 17s, other bike with brighter light veers to avoid hitting him, loses control and hits central res smacking head on ground. Most certainly a rider on second bike as you see him go down like a sack of spuds. Perhaps sawn-off shotgun which injured both? How about this: They were out drinking, shadowed by would-be hitmen, who then ripped off ahead of them, chucked a uey and then blasted them from across the road? I've just watched this video and my first impression was that the motorbike was rear-ended by another. Assassins don't generally try to kill themselves in the process.

I ran it normal speed and note the flash but could be anything and there's far easier ways of taking someone out first time without having to resort to perfecting timing and accuracy on a dual carriageway in the middle of night and with a small reservation between. Super sharp shooter if it was but not conclusive. It does look suspicious, though. I'll give you that.
webfact
‘Boss’ case witness suffers fatal motorbike crash By The Nation A witness whose testimony was key to the decision to drop charges against Vorayuth “Boss” Yoovidhya over a fatal 2012 hit-and-run case has died following a motorcycle crash in Chiang Mai. Jaruchart Madthong, 40, died in hospital after his motorbike collided with another bike on Huai Kaew Road in the northern city at 1.40am on Thursday (July 30). Police arrived at the scene to find Jaruchart and the other rider injured. Both were dispatched to hospital but Jaruchart succumbed to his injuries. Officers from Phuping Rajanivej police station checked security camera video of the crash and reported that preliminary investigation showed it was an accident, said National deputy police spokesman Pol Col Krissana Patanacharoen. Jaruchart had come forward after the hit-and-run incident to claim that Vorayuth was not speeding when his car fatally hit a motorcycle policeman in Bangkok’s Thong Lor area and then drove off. News last week that prosecutors and police had dropped all charges in the case against Vorayuth triggered widespread public anger over perceived legal impunity for the rich. Vorayuth is the grandson of late Chaleo Yoovidhya, the founder of TCP Group, maker of Red Bull energy drink. TCP Group has clarified on its website that Vorayuth has never been involved with the group's business operations. Grumpy John
I am not completely convinced there was a muzzle flash from the bike going in the other direction. It would be a million dollar shot given the circumstances. And even the worst hitman in the world would chose to be stationary and in a closer location. My guess it was drugs that effect the heart or central nervous system. A lot harder to detect than a 9mm diameter hole!
Popular Post Ventenio
wasn't he a witness to something that happened a long time ago? he certainly told people, could have written a book..all his information has to be out there. statements, etc.... but i have no idea how the court system works here. notice there are 100 bystanders ..... oh wait, they are all edited out of the footage!!!! omg, they are all missing!! omg, this tape is missing!!! the road is currently closed!!! all cameras within 100 km are erased. whose knocking at my door this early?....i haven't even hit submit yet... 1

brucegoniners
What a coincidence! Wait, it's not a coincidence. It's a hit. Funny how that guy collided with his motorbike a couple days after "turning up". If I were those other 2 guys I'd get the hell out of dodge.
